ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ
- The one who cares (ਪਰਵਾਹ) about himself / herself (ਆਪਣੇ ਬਾਰੇ)
- Destructive nature (ਉਜਾੜੂ ਸੋਚ) towards the others (ਦੂਸਰਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ) and constantly (ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ) keeps harming (ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ) others
- Damage (ਨੁਕਸਾਨ) like thorns of jujube, which locks others (ਫਸਾ ਦੇਣਾ) into the web (ਜਾਲ) of lies (ਝੂਠ) or false promises (ਝੂਠੀਆਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ)

O’ Kabeer, I have been ruined and destroyed by bad company (ego, anger, jealousy), like the banana (gives shade to others like kindness, compassion) plant near the thorns of jujube. The thorn bush waves in the wind, and pierces the banana plant. Staying in the company of unstable thoughts (anger, greed, etc) will forever, adversely impacts my good habits (calmness, contentment, etc). (Salok Kabeer Jee – 1369)
