Focused
The one who designs and shapes (ਘੜਦਾ) ornaments (ਗਹਿਣੇ) from precious metal (ਕੀਮਤੀ ਧਾਤ) like gold, silver, etc (ਸੋਨਾ, ਚਾਂਦੀ ਆਦਿ ).
Needs very high level of focus (ਧਿਆਨ) and patience (ਸਬਰ) as they do micro designs (ਬਾਰੀਕ ਮੀਨਾਕਾਰੀ) and precious metals are fragile (ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ)
Use specific range of tools (ਖਾਸ ਤਰਾਹ ਦੇ ਔਜਾਰ) to smelt (ਗਰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਘਲਾਣਾ) and shape (ਘੜਨਾ) precious metals
Need to study jewellery apprenticeship (ਗਹਿਣੇ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ) , which can take up to 48 months as it’s a specialised field (ਕਿਤਾ)
Make ornaments (ਗਹਿਣੇ) for society (ਸਮਾਜ ਲਈ) who likes to wear ornaments as part of their traditions (ਗਹਿਣੇ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਪਰੰਪਰਾ), customs (ਪ੍ਰਥਾ) and even fashion (ਫੈਸ਼ਨ)
ਜਿਉ ਮੀਨਾ ਹੇਰੈ ਪਸੂਆਰਾ ॥ ਸੋਨਾ ਗਢਤੇ ਹਿਰੈ ਸੁਨਾਰਾ ॥੨॥ (ਰਾਗ ਗੌਂਡ : ਭਗਤ ਨਾਮਦੇਵ ਜੀ – ੮੭੩)

Everything we do in life should be done with focus and honesty
ਮਨ ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਵੱਲ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ
