Focused on strengthening the mind (ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਧਿਆਨ) by reading, understanding and adopting Gurbani in life (ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹ, ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿਚ ਅਪਣਾਉਣਾ)
Uses the sword of knowledge from Gurbani (ਗਿਆਨ ਖੜਗ) to defeat the shortcomings of mind (ਮਨ ਦੀ ਬੁਰਿਆਈਆਂ ਤੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ) and stand to defend the TRUTH at any cost (ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਕੀ ਫੌਜ)
