Plants the seeds of Gurbani teachings (ਫਸਲਾਂ ਬੀਜਦੇ ਹਨ) and nurtures the mind as per Gurbani (ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ) to live life as per the message of JOT (ਜੋਤਿ ਦੇ ਸੁਨੇਹੇ ਤੇ ਚਲ ਕੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਜੀਣਾ)
Make mind work hard (ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਦਮੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ) to earn the virtues of Gurbani (ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ ਦਸੇ ਗੁਣ ਅਪਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ) and develop a lifestyle (ਜੀਵਨ ਸ਼ੈਲੀ) aligned to Gurbani (ਜੋ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ)

Make mind the farmer, do the farming of good thoughts and actions, nurture this farm with the water of humanity in the field of mental body. Sow the seed of Gurbani teachings by making contentment the plough and let the fence of this farm be humbleness by being obedient to message of JOT. Having actions driven by love and passion towards the message of JOT will sprout that can be experienced in the spiritual house of mind – Hirda.

ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ
ਸਾਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੀਜ ਬੀਜਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਰੁੱਖ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
We should be mindful of what seeds of thoughts we sow in our mind as they turn into a tree one day.
