ਆਮ ਪਰਿਭਾਸ਼ਾ
Moon (ਚੰਦਰਮਾ) is in the waxing crescent phase (ਪੜਾਅ). Tiny part (ਛੋਟਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ) of moon is visible as it faces mostly (ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ) away from the Earth (ਧਰਤੀ).

Day one represents the ONENESS that exists within all forms of life. JOT within us doesn’t go into the cycle of death and life (ਅਮਰੁ) , unlike physical body it’s beyond the concept of construction and destruction. Jot doesn’t have any physical characteristics and never gets entangled into the web of MAYA; All these characteristics make JOT within all of us unique from everything else in the physical world.

ਇਹ ਜਾਗ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਕਿ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੋ ਜਹੀ ਜੋਤਿ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਪਿਆਰ, ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਵੀਕਾਰਤਾ ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
Having the understanding that same divine energy/JOT exists within all forms of life, helps me develop love, care and acceptance for all.
