The one who is very rude (ਕੌੜੇ ਬੋਲ) and always keeps hurting others (ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਦਿਲ ਦੁਖਾਣਾ) with their behavior (ਵਤੀਰਾ)
The one who is unsympathetic (ਬੇਦਰਦ) and doesn’t have any empathy towards others (ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸੁਹਿਰਦ ਨਹੀਂ)

ਤੁਮੀ ਤੁਮਾ ਵਿਸੁ ਅਕੁ ਧਤੂਰਾ ਨਿਮੁ ਫਲੁ ॥ ਮਨਿ ਮੁਖਿ ਵਸਹਿ ਤਿਸੁ ਜਿਸੁ ਤੂੰ ਚਿਤਿ ਨ ਆਵਹੀ ॥ਨਾਨਕ ਕਹੀਐ ਕਿਸੁ ਹੰਢਨਿ ਕਰਮਾ ਬਾਹਰੇ ॥੧॥ (ਰਾਗ ਮਾਝ – ਮ : ੧ – ੧੪੭)
People who don’t remember the message of Jot in their mind and brain i.e. don’t practice the virtues of Jot are no different to bitter melon, swallow-wort, thorn-apple and fruit of neem. Their behavior towards others is bitter and rude like these fruits. O Nanak, these people have no one to blame; they have spoilt their behavior and made themselves void of blessings.

ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੁਰੇ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਲਈ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਠਹਿਰਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
I can not blame others for my bad behavior.
