Good voice within us is like the sugar in the sand – means I have so many bad thoughts that my good thoughts get lost in them. Elephant (Egoistic person) can’t find sugar (good voice) – Gurbani guides us to be humble like ant to find sugar in sand (good voice from so much noise in our mind)
Relevance in my life
ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ
ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਉਮੈ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੈ, ਤਾ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸੱਚਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀ ਆਉਦਾ।
When our strengths make us egoistic, it prevent us from grasping the True Knowledge.
